Buy Centrum Air flights with Alternative Airlines

Centrum Air is a new low-cost airline based in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. The airline was founded in 2023 and quickly became a major player in the Uzbek aviation market due to its focus on budget-friendly travel. Centrum Air currently offers domestic flights within Uzbekistan as well as a few international routes, including to Russia, Turkey and the United Arab Emirates. Centrum Air has plans to expand its international route network and eventually offer flights to India, South Korea and Saudi Arabia.

The airline is still in its early stages of operation but is growing rapidly. It operates its flights with a fleet of 3 x Airbus A320 aircraft, with plans to expand the fleet in the future.

Destinations

As of January 2024, Centrum Air operates flights to the following destinations from its hub in Tashkent:

  • Batumi
  • Urgench
  • Sankt-Petersburg
  • Tbilisi
  • Dubai

Baggage Policy

Centrum Air hasn't announced its baggage allowance rules yet. There are generic baggage allowance rules you can use as a guideline instead:

Carry-on Baggage

Passengers are generally allowed to bring one piece of carry-on baggage and one personal item onboard.

The cabin baggage must not exceed the maximum dimensions of 55 x 40 x 20cm or weigh more than 7-10kg (this may vary depending on the airline).

The personal item can include a purse or a laptop bag.

Checked Baggage

Centrum Air hasn't announced if free checked baggage is included in its fares. Generally, passengers are allowed to bring one free checked bag weighing no more than 23 kg and not exceeding the linear dimension of 115cm.

Cabin Classes

Centrum Air operates on a low-cost carrier model, therefore, it is likely that it only offers one cabin class - Economy.

Economy Class

Seats will likely be standard economy-class with limited recline and legroom.

In-flight entertainment might be available but limited. Meals may be available to purchase from the airline's in-flight menu.

Check-In

Centrum Air hasn't officially announced its check-in procedures yet however there are general guidelines you can follow until more information is available.

Online Check-in

Centrum Air will most likely offer online check-in or mobile check-in. This is usually open 24 hours before the flight is scheduled to depart.

Airport Check-in

For passengers who are unable to check in online, airport check-in desks will be available instead. Depending on the destinations, Centrum Air's check-in counters may open 2 hours before departure and close 30 minutes before takeoff.

We recommend arriving at the airport at least 2-3 hours before your flight is due to depart - this is to allow yourself enough time to check in, get through security and find your boarding gate.

In-flight Entertainment & Wifi

As long-haul international flights are something Centrum Air intends to do, it's likely that these flights may feature in-flight entertainment systems. Although it is unknown whether Wifi will be implemented on the airline's fleet, additional details will be known closer to the airline's launch.

Food & Drink

The airline has not yet announced the food and beverage options it will offer. Free drinks, snacks, and meals may be provided on long-haul flights. Depending on the airline's business strategy, they might decide to charge for this service if they offer long distance for a low cost.

Frequent Flyer Program

As of January 2024, Centrum Air doesn't have a frequent flyer program. The airline is still in the early stages of operation - this means it will be focusing on launching initial services and ensuring smooth operations before implementing additional programs like loyalty memberships.
