Himalaya Jet is a new start-up airline based in the United Kingdom that plans to operate flights between Europe, America, Asia and Australia. It will provide direct point-to-point flights between major cities worldwide while offering a more affordable and sustainable trip to its customers.
The airline will likely start commercial services with a fleet of Boeing aircraft. It plans to use Heathrow Airport as its technical headquarters and maintain a physical hub in North America.
Baggage Allowance
The airline hasn't launched yet therefore information on its baggage policies isn't currently available. Himalaya Jet plans to operate its flights with Boeing aircraft, however, they have announced which aircraft model they will acquire yet.
This indicates that the airline may allow passengers to bring at least one carry-on bag weighing no more than 7kg and up to 2 pieces of checked baggage, each weighing no more than 23kg.

Himalaya Jet ticket sales soaring with launch in sight
New British airline, Himalaya Jet, has already sold over 12,000 tickets as of the 4th September. The start-up plans to launch flights in the third quarter of 2023, beginning operations from London to a broad range of destinations including Paris, Frankfurt, Sydney and Kathmandu.
According to Himalaya Jet, travellers who booked their tickets with the airline within the first 24 hours will be rewarded with 1,000 Himalaya Miles points each. Additionally, passengers who book tickets between the 5th-12th September 2023 will receive a bonus of 200 miles per ticket!
